The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application. "1. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner pertaining to fixation of the pension on basic pay of his last pay drawn on basic pay Rs.

53,600/- which is evident from the letter

Patna High Court CWJC No.15337 of 2018(3) dt.21-09-2020 2/2 contained in Memo No. 41 dated 12.01.2018, whereas the Accountant General has wrongly fixed the pension of the petitioner on average pay of Rs. 52,000/- only.

To issue further appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to make necessary correction in the pension of the petitioner on the basis of the last pay drawn and also pay the arrears as well as current pension accordingly."

Considering the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file/make a representation before the respondent no. 3, the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, Bihar, If the petitioner files/makes a representation before the respondent no. 3, the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, Bihar, the respondent no. 3, the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, Bihar, shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months, from the date of filing/making of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
