The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that petitioner has suppressed the criminal antecedent. It has further been submitted that in para-3 of the bail petition, petitioner has one criminal antecedent but on perusal of the supplementary affidavit, it appears that petitioner is having one more criminal antecedent.

Without going into the merits of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the ground of suppression of fact. Accordingly, bail application of the
