JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be brother in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 20.07.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner does not have any concern with the affairs of husband of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
