JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2019 Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned. The petitioner is said to have got registered Bataidari Case Nos. 4 of 2017-18 and 06 of 2017-18, in which notices have been sent to the private respondents and the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Barsoi, has also appointed a conciliation committee under the chairmanship of the Circle Officer, Balrampur.

It is stated that though the committee was constituted on 06.07.2018, the committee has not submitted any report.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3015 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 If any authority is required to do certain thing in accordance with law, which he is not doing, the petitioner has remedy before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, under the Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 or before the competent authority under the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2006. The petitioner may avail such remedy. This application is disposed of with the observation, as above.
