The petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.04.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was apprehended at Bagaha but was produced before the court in Bettiah and petitioner was not accused in any other case prior to registration of the present case and after that police roped the petitioner in two other cases.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5557 of 2015 (02) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014.
