Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has wrongly made petitioner no. 1 as petitioner in this case. He is permitted to delete it.

The present Additional Collector-cum-Certificate Officer, Brijesh Kumar is directed to file a show cause within next three weeks and he will explain as to under what circumstances Annexure-2 has been passed and whether he has withdrawn Annexure -2 or not.

Patna High Court MJC No.102 of 2019(3) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 If Annexure-2 is in teeth of the order of this Court then contempt proceeding will be initiated against the then Additional Collector-cum-Certificate Officer, Nalanda and also the present Additional Collector-cum-Certificate Officer for continuing the same.
