110 liters of country made liquor and some apparatus which are said to have been used in manufacturing country made liquor, are recovered from the house of the petitioner for which the petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.09.2015. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he happens to be first offender.

Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri L.
