JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2019 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has instruction not to press the application as far as quashing of the first information report of Rivilganj P.S. Case No.79 of 2017 is concerned.

As far as the alternative prayer for release of animal belonging to the petitioner is concerned, he submitted that inadvertently the said prayer has been made in the present writ petition. He contented that such prayer can be made only in a civil writ petition. He sought leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a civil writ petition for the said

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.480 of 2019(2) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 relief before this Court itself.

In view of the submission made above, the application is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
