Petitioner is said to have been caught on the spot and one country made loaded pistol along with one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has been implicated in this case on account of previous dispute and enmity. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Sherghaty (Gaya) in connection with
