This letter patent appeal has been filed against the order dated 21.6.2017 passed in MJC No.2653 of 2015 passed by learned Single Judge of this Hon'ble Court whereby and whereunder the learned Single Judge has dropped the contempt proceeding against the erring opposite parties.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.24 of 2020 dt.27-11-2020 2/2 No appeal is maintainable against the dropping of contempt proceeding as has been decided by Division Bench of this Court by order dated 08.09.2016 passed in LPA No.1484 of 2014 (Upendra Kumar Ray Versus The State of Bihar and Ors.).

Accordingly, the present LPA is dismissed as not maintainable.
