The accusation is recovery of 250 gms of Ganja underneath the bed of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is of small quantity and petitioner is not accused in any similar nature of offence. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with N.D.P.S.
