The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the informant being Sub-Inspector received an information that a stolen Scorpio vehicle is coming from Ara side in which co-accused Kundan Kumar and his associates are sitting who are trying to sell the said vehicle. The said

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2679 of 2022(2) dt.02-08-2022 2/3 vehicle was stopped. Three persons were sitting in the vehicle. When the documents with regard to the vehicle in question were demanded, the same could not be produced.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R and their names sprang up on the confessional statement of co-accused Kundan Kumar. The petitioners have no concern either with the alleged seized vehicle or the apprehended accused persons.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj at Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019, subject to the
