====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard Sri Bharat Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to GA-1 as well as Sri S.S.Sundaram, learned counsel for the Respondent/Bihar Staff Selection Commission.

The petitioner, invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has prayed for quashing of entire selection for appointment to the post of SubInspector of Police on the basis of written examination held between 19th April, 2008 and 26th April, 2008. On perusal of the writ petition, it is evident that for selection of Sub-Inspector of Police, an advertisement was

At the very outset, learned counsel for the Respondent nos.3 and 4/Bihar Staff Selection Commission submits that after completion of selection process, appointment has already been made. Neither any supplementary affidavit has been filed nor the person appointed has been impleaded as Respondent and, as such, no relief can be granted at this stage.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
