The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 326, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2022, is a person with clean antecedent.

The informant alleges that Mukesh Paswan caught hold the informant and Rakesh Paswan poured petrol in his mouth and set him on fire due to which he received burn injuries.

No.7903 of 2023(2) dt.29-04-2023 2/2 specific allegation has been alleged against the petitioner except that he also caught the informant like Mukesh Paswan, it is next submitted that Mukesh Paswan has been granted regular bail by order dated 27.11.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 30122 of 2020 by a learned Co-ordinate Bench.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 146 of 2019.
