NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 A report has been received from the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur stating therein that in DRI 51/2016, Trial No. 06/2018 a direction was issued in the present case vide order dated 28.08.2017 to conclude the trial within six months but the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Muzaffarpur was vacant and the file has been transferred to his court on 07.04.2018, hence, the trial could not be concluded within six months. It is also stated that only five eye-witnesses are left to be examined.

Considering the letter No. 183/18 dated 13.04.2018 time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order to conclude the trial.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31039 of 2017(5) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 Registry is directed to communicate the order passed today to the concerned court.
