JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the present case is covered by a judgment of this Court dated 24.01.2017 passed in CWJC No. 11550 of 2016 whereby and whereunder the cases of similarly situated persons have been dismissed. It is further submitted that even the appeal filed against the said order, L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017 has been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.4.2017.
