The name of this petitioner surfaced in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, who was caught on the spot at the time of alleged occurrence and except the aforesaid material there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Dhibra P.S.Case No. 21 of 2014.
