The petitioner is named in the first information report but according to first information report itself, the informant could not identify the person who had entered into her room and she labelled the allegation against the petitioner that petitioner used to talk with her on her mobile phone.

Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Mahila P.S. case No.56 of 2015.
