JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was, allegedly, caught with stolen article, just after the alleged occurrence whereas; his associates managed to escape from there. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 21-05-2015. The seizure list reveals that articles of daily use were seized. Moreover, the seizure list does not disclose seizure of any vehicle. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S.
