3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the admitted dues have been paid to him in terms of the order of punishment by which 25% pension has been stopped permanently. He submitted that the Court may dispose off the matter with liberty to challenge such punishment order in a fresh proceeding.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
