2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii) (B)/22(b)/23(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 46180 of 2024 but while rejecting the bail application, it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months. He has further submitted that the stipulated period of custody has been completed and the petitioner has remained

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1875 of 2025(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 under custody for nearabout ten months.

3. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (NDPS), West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
