No one has seen the actual killing of the deceased and the informant and some other witnesses only claimed to have seen the petitioner and others fleeing towards eastern side from the side of place of occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dandari P.S.
