Informant Dharmendra Kumar cast his doubt against the petitioner to have committed murder of his brother Karu Yadav @ Indrajeet Yadav. Gone through the case diary from which it transpires that a Barati party halted at a line hotel where there was an altercation in between Dharamraj and Karu and during course thereof, Baliram brother of Dharamraj came to pacify however, was shot at by Karu and in retaliation the persons assembled, assaulted Karu on account of which he also died. There happens to be no allegation against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16766 of 2015 (3) dt.30-06-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Dharamraj Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Pakribarawan (Dhamaul) P.S. Case No.105 of 2014.
