The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

From possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol alongwith four live cartridges were recovered.

Considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014.
