JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN) 31-01-2018 Earlier, liberty was granted to the appellant to convert this appeal into Criminal Revision under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, however, it appears that it could not be done within the time period granted for the said purpose, as a result of which, this appeal stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 05.01.2018.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in place of filing a restoration application, he may be permitted to file a fresh criminal revision application itself.
