The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 353, 333, 352, 427, 436 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the protest of killing a girl a mob ransacked the police station and took away articles. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR has been lodged against 41 named including the petitioner and 100-200 unknown. Statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and FIR named co-accused have been granted bail vide

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Guthani P.S.
