There is case and counter case between the parties and both parties are making allegation of assault against each other. Moreover, the injured of the present case appears to have sustained simple injuries.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.C. Choudhary, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. case No.150/ 2015, G.R. No. 574/ 2015.
