Petitioner happens to be driver of the tractor and according to the prosecution case itself, foodgrains had been lifted by FIR named accused Ajay Kumar Jha and Arun Kumar Azad.

So far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that at the time of seizure, tractor was being driven by this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
