The present petition has been filed for cancellation of bail of O.P. No. 2, which was granted by order dated 28.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45506/2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after grant of bail O.P. No. 2 has assaulted the son of petitioner for which Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 390/2018 has been registered. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted in para 9 of the instant petition that after lodging of aforesaid case O.P. No. 2 and his associates are giving threat to the petitioner and her son.

From the materials available on record it appears that for another occurrence separate case has already been filed.
