The petitioner was named in the First Information Report but he was not sent up for trial. Subsequently the petitioner has been summoned in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C. Considering the fact that petitioner has been summoned in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 4th, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 370 of 2013, arising out of
