JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.12.2022 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 49188/ 2022.

It is submitted that due to typographical mistake in the cause title of the petition father's name of the petitioner has been typed as Gangadhar Yadav in stead of Baijnath Yadav and, therefore, the same mistake has occurred in the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Let the aforesaid error be corrected and father's name of the petitioner be read as Baijnath Yadav in stead of Gangadhar Yadav.

Four weeks further time from the date of receipt of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5826 of 2023(2) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
