The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that one motorcycle bearing registration No. BR319525 was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the motorcycle was recovered from the side of the toddy shop of the petitioner. The petitioner informed the Chaukidar about the unclaimed motorcycle. The petitioner was implicated in this case falsely.
