2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 532 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , on 07.12.19 at about 12:00 O'Clock in the day , informant Mukesh Kumar, S.I., Wazirganj PS got information that accused persons named in the F.I.R., along with 50 to 60 unknown accused persons including the petitioner were forcibly trying to occupy the land of Arun Kumar and when police arrived on the spot they attacked the police party as a result of which police personnel sustained injuries.

4. Considering the fact that accused persons named in the F.I.R., along with 50 to 60 unknown accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the police party as a result of
