The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended with stolen motor cycle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion, accusation has been levelled.

Considering the nature of accusation and period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Since the petitioner is accused in two other cases, let the learned court below cancel the bail bond of the petitioner if he defaults for two consecutive occasions.
