Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 361 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, petitioner and husband of informant are friends and are having business of land and due to misconception the present false case has been lodged by the wife. For the same land a complaint case was earlier filed by the husband of the informant vide Annexure-2.

No.8248 of 2020(6) dt.17-12-2021 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 361 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
