JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against petitioner is that he took the informant from her home but according to prosecution case itself, after sometime, she was released by the petitioner. The statement of victim has been recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. in which, she stated that the petitioner did no wrong with her. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 02-07-2015 and the investigation against him has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with POSCO Trial No. 52 of 2015 arising out of Mahila (Siwan)
