Petitioners are in jail custody since 2.12.2015 in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, altogether, three persons sustained injuries and out the aforesaid injured, two injured sustained grievous injuries but the aforesaid grievous injuries were found on the forearm and the rest injury on non-vital part of the body. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from the side of the petitioners including petitioner no.1, too, sustained injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4882 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anwar Shamim, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bagaha, West Champaran/ concerned court in Semara P.S. Case no. 65/2015.
