JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-07-2018 The petitioner has moved this Court seeking permission to remove the encroachment allegedly, made on the land in question by respondent no. 7.

Learned counsel for the State submits that a Title Suit with respect to the land in question is going on between the parties. Even otherwise from the tone and tenor of the statement made in the writ application, this Court is not convinced as to the nature of allegations require any interference by a constitutional Court.

This writ application has no merit. It is dismissed accordingly with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy
