The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018, registered under Sections 354B, 354C and 376G of the Indian Penal Code and 67, 67(a) and 67(b) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. The accusation is that informant had gone to Jhajha to see the Ramnavmi Akhara while her daughter and son-in-law were at the house. When, she returned to Jhajha market at about 10.00 p.m. she did not find her daughter and son-in-law, then, she started search and went in school situated near the house, then, saw her villagers Ravindra Yadav, Dharmendra Yadav, Ranjit Yadav and Lalu Yadav were committing rape on her

At the gate, Karu Yadav was watching the situation and when saw her fled away from there. Submission is that in fact, informant and other coaccused are pattidar of the informant and due to land dispute the present case has been lodged with false allegation. More so, petitioner, who has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 16.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
