JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against petitioner is that he administered poison to deceased, Sushila Kumari but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the deceased and the petitioner were in love and as a matter of fact, both made attempt to commit suicide but unfortunately, Sushila Devi died and the petitioner was saved and the aforesaid fact is admitted in the fardbyan of the informant itself.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
