In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chhtauni P.S. Case No. 294 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 34, 120 B, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, the petitioner has called the victim in Simran Hotel. Thereafter, when the victim reached there, a person came there on motorcycle and fired on the victim, which hit in his abdomen and after sustaining injury, the victim fell down. Thereafter, the petitioner fled away on the same motorcylce.
