2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 308 of 2024 lodged on 24.05.2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 384, 385, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(E), 67, 67(A) of the I.T. Act.
3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against the present petitioner. It has been alleged in the FIR that the petitioner has made a video with the informant's daughter forcefully and subsequently made the said video viral.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2475 of 2025(3) dt.08-05-2025 2/3 submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has unnecessarily been made accused in this case due to dirty politics. Counsel submits that there is nothing on record to show that the petitioner forcefully made any video with the daughter of the informant or that he was involved in making such a video viral. He also submits that other accused person exerted pressure on the informant's daughter to create a video, following which the present FIR was lodged. The allegation against the petitioner that he threatened to kill and demanded ransom from the daughter of the informant is absolutely false. Counsel further submits that petitioner is ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed upon him.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that in the FIR, there is allegation against petitioner of establishing physical relation with the informant's daughter and subsequently preparing nude and vulgar video of her. He further submits that the petitioner pressurized the daughter of the informant to make vulgar video with the other accused persons. It has also been alleged that they had threatened to make the video viral and when the daughter of the informant denied to do the same, they have made the video viral and thereafter the present FIR was lodged.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Anushka/- U T
