Without adverting to the merit of the case petitioner's presence has been procured in the year 2015 itself after a gap of consecutive five years and that being so, the case of petitioner did not fall contemporary to the others co-accused who have had already been granted bail at an earlier occasion. That being so, prayer for bail is rejected. Learned lower court is directed to expedite the trial and if the trial is not concluded within one year, then in that event, petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
