The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2022 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is Dewar of the deceased. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against him. Further he submits that husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2369 of 2023(2) dt.14-02-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
