2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 706 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323 498(A) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the case was referred for mediation and the mediation was successful and the O.P No. 2 is residing with the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner will keep the O.P

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4716 of 2024(4) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 No. 2 with full honour and dignity.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P No. 2 also does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and submits that he has instructions not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail of Rs 5,000/- (Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Banka in connection with Complaint Case No. 706 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
