JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 14.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1B)a, 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner, one country made loaded pistol was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated accused has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 47208 of 2014. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner is accused in one other case apart from present one.

Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
