The victim has already returned to her home and her statement u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. was recorded in which, she stated that though she was taken away by the petitioner and co-accused, Munni Devi but she was dropped to her home by uncle of the petitioner and moreover, she has stated nothing about the ill-treatment at the hands of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with MOjahidpur (Babbarganj) P.S. Case No. 164 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
