Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

Elder brother of the petitioner died on road accident. He was working as teacher in J.N.K.T. Inter School, Khagaria. The application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment is pending.

Considering the whole object behind compassionate appointment, the Court directs the respondents to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner at the earliest

Patna High Court CWJC No.14761 of 2018(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
