Petitioner is an accused in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402, 414, 224 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Satish Sahini @ Chatish Sahni has been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 02.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9851 of 2020(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 46795 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019.
