2. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the claim of the petitioners and give him the benefits of the pay scale of Rs. 6500/- to 10,500/- which is the replacement scale of Rs. 2000/- to 3800/- as per the 5th Pay Commission Report and thereafter, to revise the pension of the petitioners with all consequential benefits in the light of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1412 of 2025(2) dt.27-01-2025 2/3 order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. (S) 1635 of 2013 dated 08.08.2024.

3. Though the petitioners have filed this writ petition with the above prayer, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for disposal of the writ petition at this state with a direction to the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation dated 25.12.2024 submitted by the petitioners to the respondent No.2 - the Additional Chief Secretary, Foods and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar, Patna.

4. Learned counsel representing the State has not opposed the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

5. Since, the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners for disposal of the representation dated 25.12.2024 by the respondent No.2 is not opposed by the learned State counsel, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.2 - the Additional Chief Secretary, Foods and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to consider and dispose of the representation dated 25.12.2024 submitted by

Patna High Court CWJC No.1412 of 2025(2) dt.27-01-2025 3/3 the petitioners, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

6. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above direction.
